Muddy Waters has said it is short the credit of Vivion Investments, a Luxembourg headquartered real estate manager and investor with EURO 1.4 billion of bonds outstanding.

Pantheon Resources, the Aim-listed oil and gas explorer, has become the latest target for some of the stockmarket's most fercious bears.
According to Jamie "Nimmers" Nimmo of The Sunday Times, Muddy Waters has taken a short position in Pantheon Resources.

Solutions 30, the under siege Paris-listed outsourcing company, collapsed almost 40pc today to close at around EURO 9.1.
So, clearly the company's statement from earlier in the week alleging all sorts failed to reassure investors, who are likely to have been spooked by Carson Block's Muddy Waters wading in.

The vicious spat between notorious short seller Muddy Waters and FTSE 100-listed healthcare group NMC Health continues unabated.
This morning Carson Block's outfit pinged financial hacks with a fresh note. It starts off by saying:
"Muddy Waters Capital LLC believes that NMC Health’s response to our December 17, 2019 report was misleading, and outright false in certain portions. MW expects to comment more comprehensively on NMC going forward..."..
