RARE ALERT: Reabold Resources said to be working on £5 million equity fundraising
Part of this story is already "out there" but Betaville stumbled across a little snippet on the Reabold Resources placing, so I thought I would air it on the website for loyal readers that are interested in the world of small-cap equity fundraisings.
Reabold Resources confirmed last week it is in talks about carrying out a "significant" placing but according to sources claiming to be familiar with the matter the Aim-listed natural resources group is looking to raise around £5 million of fresh equity at around 0.5p a share.
Betaville called Reabold Resources - well, the number (0207 440 0640) listed at the bottom of the latest press release - but the the person who answered claimed the Reabold Resources wasn't based at that office. So, Betaville suggests Reabold Resources might want to look into that!
