That's before I had even received the formal $43 billion deal announcement from Syngenta or ChemChina.

But I guess if your a bank isn't that well-known for corporate finance work in Europe and has just worked on the largest China-backed takeover of a foreign business then perhaps its too tempting to crow about it - even if it does appear somewhat crass. ..
