Flag pole alert - part 2

I guess it was worth raising the flag pole over the latest British American Tobacco for Imperial Tobacco rumour given the recent UK press coverage.

And I have been given some extra colour (attached with a RARE disclaimer) on the situation.

According to people who claim to be in the loop, British American Tobacco has been working on a takeover of Imperial Tobacco for the last year, may be looking to complete the deal by the end of 2015 and the name of secret project is "Bison"...
