Nutmegged on Ladbrokes Coral and GVC £4.2 billion merger talks
According to my sources, Ladbrokes engaged Deutsche Bank and Greenhill to advise on the negotiations. Meanwhile, GVC hired Houlihan Lokey, Nomura and Investec to advise on and finance the deal, which could have valued the bookmaker at up to 180p a share.
