Diversified Oil and Gas, the London-listed American gas producer, is working on a multi-million pound equity fundraising for the purchase of two major assets in the US.
According to sources claiming to be familiar with the matter, Diversified Oil and Gas is looking raise between $150 and $200 million to buy gas assets in West Virginia.
