Dapper David Faber of CNBC today reports that Arcelor Mittal may be willing to pay up to $45 a share in cash for United States Steel Corporation, the US-listed steel producer. Below is the link to his piece:
Well, it turns out there was no formal "denial" from Amazon to CNBC after all about it's interest in Ocado, the London-listed online food retailer.
According to Bloomberg, CNBC said it“inaccurately stated in an on-air graphic the current status of Amazon’s engagement with Ocado"...
So, the London market is buzzing as Comcast has made a £22 billion counterbid for Sky pitched at £12.50 a share.
