Headlam Group has this morning confirmed little old Betaville's alert published over the weekend about the move by the company's shareholders to oust the chairman of the group.
It would appear some shareholders in Inspecs are taking a keener interest than most in the outcome of the sale of the London-listed eyewear maker after little old Betaville broke the story about the takeover talks last week.
