Shire said to be participating in Merrimack Pharmaceuticals "strategic review" - sources - part 2
Whilst I haven't had an update on that situation since I published that article, I presume (and this is entirely my own speculation) the fact that Merrimack has agreed a transaction with Ipsen would mean it's more likely Shire will eventually go for Radius Health.
