AIG poised to begin sale of Lloyd's of London insurer Ascot Re - the end

The finalisation of the deal follows some quite bizarre behaviour by "people familiar with the AIG" who went out of their way to obfuscate when I approached the company with the story. But little old Betaville backed his sources and ran the story anyway.
