Novo Nordisk makes counter offer for Pfizer's Metsera, reveals Bloomberg

Little old Betaville has a feeling dealmaking in the US-listed biotechnology space may be about to break out after Bloomberg unveiled a corking scoop about how Denmark's Novo Nordisk has made rival offer for US-listed Metsera, which agreed to a $4.9 billion takeover from Pfizer earlier this summer.
