Peltz and General Catalyst launch $7 takeover billion bid for Janus Henderson

This deal has been all over the news today but in case you missed it City fund manager Janus Henderson has received a $7.2 billion takeover approach from Wall Street corporate raider Nelson Peltz and investment firm General Catalyst.
